Bill received his undergraduate degree in English and Journalism from the University of Richmond Virginia. He later received his Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) from the University of New England, in Portland Maine. He practiced at Fletcher Allen HealthCare, the teaching hospital associated with the University of Vermont Medical School, where his clinic and surgical specialties included a primary focus within the Department of Neurosurgery with surgical subspecialties that included vascular, gastrointestinal and plastic surgery. Bill has over 4 years experience in Pediatrics, Family Medicine and Orthopaedics.
